Hi all,

I have booked my classic 500, i have few questiones:

1. Which silencer should i put to get the better thump? How about the upswing the sports look slicencer?

2. Can we put saddle bag after having the upswing sports model silencer on bike, since the height of the upswing silencer is much more than the factory fitted one.

3. What are the major and common issues of the EFI system in classic 500.

4. Is there any improvement in the wiring of the classic 500 or they are same. Hope bullet must have improved the wirings as well since thay have increased the price.

Thanks
Smeet

Hi all I bought a c5 in august. I love it better than any jap bike (Ive owned a few) For zain email me and I will help you. To s Healy I am really sorry you got a lemon. Parts seem good priced. I find that when I take my bike Im always running late everbody wants to talk to you when you park. Am waiting to put sidecar on. It lives in lounge room and does not leak oil. I am so much happier I bought this instead of a harly. I live in the bush in Tasmania Australia am 50years old and a retired navy diver. to everyone keep the spirit cheers twistie

ok - i think that worked... s.healey i feel ur pain but it's a pain that forces you to learn about your bike. i recently finished rebuilding my bike and it can be tough at times with the build quality of some parts - the market is flooded with copied RE parts so the trick is to get the original. sub kuch milaga!! half the parts on your bike could be market crappy parts that last no time.
