DEAR ALL, I HAVE BEEN OWNER OF YAMAHA R15 FROM PAST FEW MONTHS BUT TO MY DISSAPPOINTMENT I AM NOT THAT SATISFIED WIH THE BIKE HAVING DRIVEN KARIZMA FOR 4 YRS I GUESS THAT WAS VFM AS I WAS INITIALLY ATTRACTED TOWARDS R15 BUT OTHER THAN GOOD LOOKS THE BIKE IS NO LONGER TURNING ME ON,THE CHEAP KIND OF PLASTICS HAVE BEEN USED BY THEM I HAVE TO BE XTRA CAUTIOUS AS LIKE I AM DRIVING A KIDS BICYCLE EVERY OTHER DAY A NEW SORT OF NOISE COMING FROM NOWHERE.

Of all the comments, the best and most convincing one is by Nimisha (writing way back in July 28, 2008). I have ordered one and am waiting to take delivery…a red one. Needless to say, it’s still the best motorbike in India for its price. I don’t think it has even a single flaw worth mentioning. It’s a wonderful machine, and those who get to ride it should relish the experience. By the by, I find a lot of dishonest comments being made without actually riding it for any appreciable length of time. Three cheers to Yamaha, especially for making the job tough for the market-leaders.

O—–O fw rwheel ‘h’ should be same otherwise you lose balance, which leads to poor handling…….especially for r bikes

hey this bike is cool i’m not able to measure the power but still i can say that this is best bike in India. i faced 2 accidents but that was not a fault of bike. i can say that my bike saved me. every thing mentioned by YAMAHA is true. and still if some one say that this is not a good deal then i can say that they dont know. everybody says Rs 1 lakh for 150 cc nahhhh. why ??? displacement is not everything in any bike. there are many more things explore them then put your comments.

Recently rear tyre of my R15 wear out and i changed it to new one which is 100/90 – 17. the earlier one was 100/80 – 17. how it will efect my bike can any one tell me.
