Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS Launched

Royal Enfield today launched the Classic 350 ABS at a price of Rs. 1.53 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), Rs. 5,800 more than the earlier non-ABS variant.

The RE Classic 350 ABS comes with a dual channel ABS, in order to comply with the safety norms, which will be applicable from the 1st of April 2019.

Royal Enfield had already updated the Classic 350’s Signals, Gunmetal Grey and Redditch variants earlier and has now introduced the same ABS into their entry level Classic model as well.

Royal Enfield Classic 350 ABS will come with the 346 cc, single cylinder engine, which produces 19.8 bhp at 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. It also has 280 mm disc at front and 240 mm disc in the rear.

ABS should lead to better braking performance, especially in wet conditions. Hence, it is a feature worth spending extra money for, even if you are tempted to save Rs. 5,800 and buy the older non-ABS variant (if available).
